We offer a variety of payment options through the third-party payment provider stripe and paypal to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely and are protected by encryption.

Should you return your order and are due for a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery

We usually ship orders within 24 hours, on an odd day within 48 hours. Depending on where you ordered from, regular delivery can take up to:

• 3-8 business days Australia wide

• 4-7 bds to China, Japan, Singapore, NZ and the UK

• 5-9 bds to the USA and Canada

• 6-10 bds to Europe, Chile and Argentina

• 8-12 bds to India and the Phillipines

• 10-15 bds to Mexico, Peru and Costa Rica
